Returns the newest quote your company holds under a customer reference: your own identifier for a load, such as the load number on a daily manifest.

Read this before tendering a load whose tender cannot carry an Oway quote ID. matchable is true when the quote will back the booking as it stands: open, inside its 48-hour window, and carrying a price you can be charged.

A load whose quote is missing, expired, or no longer matches the freight is still worth tendering. We re-price it and book at the new price rather than refusing it, and flag the difference for our operations team.

Note: The reference is scoped to the company behind your API key. A reference another company uses for a different load is never returned to you.
