Confirm an uploaded proof of delivery

https://api.oway.io/v1/carrier/shipments//uploads//confirm

After uploading the file, complete a POD upload of at most 10 MiB. Repeat with the same document ID and metadata to retrieve the same document. The POD enters PENDING review; delivery by document ID requires an approved POD with a verified recipient signature. SIGNATURE uploads are not completed by this endpoint.
